StoryTeller Video PR Services for 2009
As we look forward to a great 2009, we recognize the changing landscape of public relations, communications and marketing. With these changes we realize a huge opportunity for our clients to capitalize on the increasing use of online video.
As we evaluated our services and capabilities, as a media relations and video services agency, we are in a unique position to deliver even more value to our clients. With that, I’m excited to introduce our three newest services.
StoryTeller News Service
When we’re sure we have a newsworthy event, but we’re not sure whether the media will attend, we want some safeguards for you. That’s what StoryTeller News Service is about. We will essentially “cover” your event just as the media would. We will videotape the event, conduct interviews, edit, dub and distribute tape to the broadcast media. We also will make available video files for print media that offer video on their websites.
If the media does not run the tape, our effort and your investment will not be in vain. We will edit our own story that can still be used as a short feature on your website and/or YouTube or other online video destinations.
StoryTeller retainer client rate: $1,500.00
Non-retainer clients $3,000.00
Cost includes: 4 hours shooting/editing
2 hours writing news advisory and shot sheet
1 hour pitch calls
StoryTeller Enhanced News Release
Maximize the impact of each news release and increase its search engine optimization (SEO) rankings by embedding at least one sound bite in each news release. It’s a traditional news release with a video file embedded into the release. This will put you in the release and further engage the reader. However, the primary objective is to help raise the SEO rankings for reporters, editors and producers looking for unique stories.
StoryTeller retainer client rate: $100/hour*
Non-retainer clients: $200/hour
*videographer rate, producer rate will be applied to monthly billable hours for retainer clients.
StoryTeller Interactive News Release
Interactive News Releases (INR) will be used when it is deemed video will better pitch the client story than a traditional news release. StoryTeller will produce a 60-90 second piece that will supplement or be used instead of the traditional release. In addition to distributing the video to media, we will make the video available to you and will post it on our site as well. Pitching a story with video gives media a better sense of the visual aspects of your story.
Rates for this service will vary based upon the scope of the project and time required to complete the service.
